How Long Will It Take for Your Order to Ship

All of our products are made to order (All orders are custom), right here in the USA and not sourced from overseas like our competitors business models.  Although we take more time and care to make your product exceptional, we still manage to get our product delivered in a timely manner. After placing your order, expect a 5-10 business day lead time before the delivery process starts. Often times customers may receive their product prior to the 5-10 business day shipping lead time, but due to busy seasons we have instituted this lead time for our customers to anticipate all year.  We ship all of our orders Fed-Ex 2 day within the 50 states and you will receive a track number via email when the order has been shipped.  Anyone who can make a custom product and ship it in two days is obviously sending you a pre-packaged item that was imported.  Our lead times take into consideration our order volumes along with the time it takes to properly dry the vinyl after the printing process and then the hands on care of sewing the product together.  You can always learn about our manufacturing process here.

Returns

Non-Defective: TireCovers.com stands by our products and will replace any defective product. It 's the responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect the product upon delivery and to notify us of any possible returns, due to defect or shipping damage. Non-defective returns must call us within 24 business hours to qualify to return a non defected or non damaged product and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee which doesn't include the original shipping.  No returns will be accepted without a RMA # from our customer service department.  Product returns for non-defective merchandise must be shipped back with freight prepaid by customer, freight is non-refundable.  When returning a tire cover please be sure that it has not been used and always use a plastic bag to cover your spare tire when fitting the cover before actual use.  Oil from the tire has a tendency to bleed through the vinyl and can discolor the inside of the tire cover.  This is something that we will not  accept back as a return as it can't be sold to another customer being dirty.  When we receive the product back we will credit your card back with the appropriate funds.

Defective: For defective or damaged goods the customer has 7 business days to return the product and the customer must contact us prior to returning product with reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without a RMA # from our customer service department. Please contact them at the email below and include photos of what the problem is with your tire cover.  Product must be like new and is subject to our inspection. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING - product must be in new, original condition, packaged in original packaging and include all tags and paperwork that accompanied it.  Shipping for defective product returns will be paid by TireCovers.com or we may just ask you to dispose of the item When returning a tire cover please be sure that it has not been used and always use a plastic bag to cover your spare tire when fitting the cover before actual use.  Dirty tire covers will not be accepted back.  Contact us at the following link Email.

 

Exchange Policy

Contact us to request a RMA# by clicking on the email link here Email.  Include in your email the original order receipt with an explanation of what the problem is.   We will provide information on how to exchange your tire cover and provide you with a RMA# within 24 business hours.  You will need to mail the item back at your expense.  We will charge $12.00 to ship the exchanged tire cover back to you.  A cost of $22.00 is also applied for same cost exchanges plus the shipping charge of $12.00 back to you.  A cost of $17.00 is applied if it's a increase in price exchange. Adding grommets is an additional $5.00.  We don't exchange or accept returned tire covers that are dirty on either the inside or outside.

** This is for exchange only.  No refund will apply to original order **  These fees cover the cost of making a new cover and shipping it back to you.  Exchanges will not be processed until original is returned.  Once you are notified that we have your product back in our possession we will ask you to pay for the exchange cost here.

Cancellation of an Order

If you need to cancel an order please Email us your full shipping name and Order ID Number.  We will find your order and if it hasn't made it to production we will refund you the full amount of your order.  If any part of the manufacturing process has taken place we will need to deduct 20% from the original order and refund you that amount plus the shipping cost as it didn't ship out. 

 

Customer Responsibility for Correct Order Information

It's the customers responsibility to make sure that when ordering a tire cover that all of the correct shipping information including email address is correct.  We have no way of knowing what your address is or where you want our products shipped.  If an order is shipped out with an incorrect shipping address it's out of our hands until it gets returned back to us.  This costs our company shipping costs right away for the delivery back to our factory which is $12.00.  We know that you want your product so we'll need to charge you to ship it back to you as well.  The total for this situation is $22.00.  We've made it easy for you to pay for your mistake and to get the product that you've been waiting for.

 2 Year Limited Warranty

The 2 year limited warranty on materials and craftsmanship from the date that your order was shipped is when the warranty will start.  Craftsmanship relates to the the stitching of the elastic band or tubing bead that circles the face of the tire cover.  All of our tire covers are made here in our factory in the U.S.A. and we stand behind our product because of our tedious attention to detail that results in delivering a quality product.  We use marine grade vinyl common in the watercraft industry.  Combined with UV resistant inks we are giving you the best possible product using the best ingredients.  All of our logos are licensed and official unlike other websites.  We are the original tirecovers.com don't be fooled by imposters that claim they are #1 in the industry. 

*** PLEASE NOTE ***

OUR TIRE COVERS ARE NOT INTENDED TO GO THROUGH ANY AUTOMATIC CAR WASH.  IT WILL DAMAGE THE TIRE COVER EITHER FROM FORCE OR FROM CHEMICALS IN TODAY'S SOAPS AND WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.  We are not responsible for damage to tire covers that fall off and get damaged while driving because they weren't secured to a spare tire properly.  Backing into objects or branches and rubbing that causes punctures and ripping voids the limited warranty.  Sharp objects can destroy the tire cover and are not part of this warranty.  Please don't dry the tire cover in a dryer as it may cause damage to the product as-well-as leaving ink stains in your dryer.  We aren't responsible for damages to your appliances if you choose to wash your tire cover in a washer, dryer or dishwasher.

Please note the following as this will determine if we accept your return.

-  Wrap your spare tire with a PLASTIC GARBAGE BAG.  This will keep your tire cover in new & returnable condition (clean and free of dirt, grease and/or tire rubber smudges).  Oil from the tire has a tendency to bleed through the vinyl and can discolor the vinyl and your graphics.  This is something that we will not cover under the warranty.
